Linda Williams Sunday Night
I think it’d be a good time for us to turn this service to our evangelist tonight.
I appreciate the mighty powerful word that she preached to us this morning, and I’m telling you, Mama Linda, she’s here to get after you if you need to be got after, but she’ll minister to you tonight.
Y’all just get in and worship the Lord with her tonight.
God bless you, Brother Mike. Amen. How many trust Him tonight?
Hallelujah! Amen. If you don’t trust Him, you don’t have anything to trust in. Amen. Hallelujah!
God is an awesome God, and I’m so thankful to be in His house. Glory on this beautiful Palm Sunday. Glory, amen.
We’ve got a lot to give Him praise and honor and glory for tonight, and I’m so thankful to be able to be in His house and to worship Him.
And it’s good to see our brothers and sisters from Popular Bluff. Amen. She came walking in tonight without a cane, and the doctor told her she didn’t have to have heart surgery. He is completely healed.
Amen. Last time I was here, she was barely walking and on a cane, and they had to help her. And he was suffering heart trouble, they said, and God has just miraculously… to God be the glory!
Come on, give Him praise. Come on, amen. He’s worthy of your praise tonight. Amen. I was, I think, in Van Buren, Arkansas when I got the text from somebody.
I think Sister B, you sent it to me, and I said, “That lady that was here on the cane whenever I was here, and the Lord healed her, and she’s walking without any assistance.”
And I thought, “Man, that’s just like God. I don’t know why it amazes us, ’cause that’s just what He does.” Amen. Glory, glory, glory.
And I know y’all ain’t got it yet. I said, “That’s just what He does.”
Amen. I don’t take it for granted, and I don’t take it lightly. That’s just who He is, and that’s just what He does. Amen. If we can just believe Him. Amen.
It’s my privilege and honor to be here tonight. I want to say thank you for allowing us to come, Brother Mike, Sister Betty.
Tonight, it’s always an honor to be here, and I want to thank you for all that you’ve done. They fed me today, so if I can’t preach tonight, it’s not my fault. It’s the way the food was. You know, it’s irresistible.
Taco, you know, whatever you name it. I mean, I loaded it and I ate the whole thing. And then she had that peanut butter cake, sin, but I committed it to the ministry.
And Brother Mike went and retired. I know what he did. He couldn’t handle no more. He wouldn’t lay down and sleep. It’s good to have my granddaughter and Blake with us tonight, and I appreciate all of you being here.
If you got your Bible, go to the book of Ezekiel, some real familiar scripture. You know where I’m coming from. Ezekiel 37 and verse 1.
Amen. We’re going to read just a few verses of scripture there and try to do our best to give you what we feel the Lord’s laid upon our heart. But Ezekiel 37 and 1.
Amen. I know this is referring to Israel, but we’re spiritual Israel, so we’re going to take it down spiritual Israel’s L tonight. Amen. And I hope you get on this train and ride with us, ’cause I hate to conduct this thing by myself. Amen. But Ezekiel 37:1. If you’re there, say amen.
The Bible said, “And the hand of the Lord was upon me.” Well, ain’t that wonderful? The hand of the Lord is upon me.
“Glory, I got four amens. Anybody else? The hand of the Lord is upon you, all right. The hand of the Lord was upon me and said, He carried me out in the spirit of the Lord. Boy, that’s a good place to be. And he set me down in the midst of a valley which was full of Bones. Now I’m carrying this story real good; the hand of the Lord’s on me.
I’m carried out in the spirit but wake up in the middle of a bunch of Bones. I’m going somewhere; hang on. And he caused me to pass by them roundabout and behold, there they were very many in the open field and lo, they were very dry. Yes, amen, amen.
And he said unto me, son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, Oh Lord, thou knowest. Oh Lord God, Thou knowest. Come on, I’m not answering that question; that’s loaded, amen. So notice what the Lord said, Son of Man, mortal human being, do you know and do you believe that these bones can live? Amen, come on.
That’s what the Lord is saying to Ezekiel. Okay, you’re just a mortal man but I’m asking you, do you believe these bones can live? Amen. And Ezekiel had enough sense to say, Lord, thou knowest.
And at this point, Ezekiel had already gotten to the place, come on, I know this not scripture, this commentary, okay, and he had taken his eyes off of what he was looking at, come on now, off of the problem and he was looking only to God because he said, thou knowest.
It’s out of my hands what I’m seeing. No, it can’t live but you know whether they can or not.
So we tend as the church to analyze what we see with the natural eye, come on. Amen, when it’s going to have to be God that does it. Come on, verse four again. He said unto me, prophesy to these bones, man, come on, preach to these bones and say unto them, O ye Dry Bones, hear the word of the Lord. Prophesy means to proclaim God’s word, okay?
That means simply preach the quickening word of God to this dead bunch of Bones, come on, amen. Now that is a, I don’t know if you’ve ever been in that place.
I don’t how many preachers, if you’re a preacher, raise your hand. If you’re not ashamed of it, raise it twice, all right. Glory, glory, glory. We got a few in the house, amen. If you’ve been there when you didn’t have no help, come on.
You felt like your helper had left you, you don’t even know if you got in the car and rode with you, come on. You know, it said Pentecost over the door but it was more like the morgue, come on.
This is kind of where Ezekiel was, come on, and he’s saying, now you preach to them the word, come on. My word, ah, you’re looking out there and they ain’t wanting no word, come on.
They’re done dead, they’re done lost their hope, hope, come on. Oh, you know what if you’ve been there, amen. They’ve done lost their hope, they’ve lost their faith, they don’t even want to live or just functioning, amen, on the little air that they’re breathing and going to church, do the motions of it and going back to the house and never changing.
So this is where Ezekiel was and the Lord said, I need you to preach them the word, come on. Now he might have gone kicking and screaming but let me tell you, he said you going to preach. All right, let’s go back to verse five. He said, thus sayeth the Lord unto these bones, behold, I will cause breath, the spirit of life, come on, to enter into you and ye shall live.
Notice what verse six says, I love it. I got so excited when I read verse six and I’ve preached this several times but this one excited me, okay. And I will, a s you send, you means strength, come on, I want you to get that upon you and will bring up flesh.
I will cover you upon you and cover, a cloth or clothe you with skin, okay, and put breath, spirit in you and you shall live and you shall know that I am the Lord.
So he said, I prophesied as I was commanded and as I prophesied there was a noise, amen, come on, something beat to shake, rattle and roll and behold, a shaking in the bones came together bone to his bone.
And when I beheld, lo, the sinew and the flesh came upon them and the skin covered them above but there was still, there was no breath in them.
Now they were covered, come on, they’ve gotten enough life about them to shake themselves, yeah, come on, come on, amen. They were covered, come on, amen.”
“They were given some strength, come on, and the Bible said he had clothed them, but there was still no breath in them, come on, come on now, how can that be?
They just shook themselves, come on, come on, laid back down, sit back down, come on, that felt good, that was shun die c die a little tickly quickly and I’m going to sit down, that’s good enough for me, come on.
But he said listen, there ain’t no life in them yet, come on now, no, there’s no breath in them yet, he’s talking about there’s no spirit in them yet. Oh, y’all, say, I’m getting to preach from my toenails to the top of my head. I’m trying to be real good till I can get this read, okay, amen?
And he said notice, and so I prophesied as I was commanded, come on, but he went on down in verse eight and he said but there was no breath in him.
Verse nine, then said he unto me, prophesy unto the wind, prophesy son of man, and say to the wind, thus saith the Lord God, come from the four winds, o breath, and breathe upon these slain that they may live.
So I prophesied as he commanded me and the breath came into them and they lived and stood upon their feet an exceeding great army.
Father, I thank you for the word, I thank you for this people that’s here tonight, I thank you for this place of worship, I thank you for the pastors, now I’m asking you to take us, oh God, and let the very presence of God rest upon every individual under the sound of my voice, set them free, deliver, heal, my God, if they’re lost, save them, if they’re sick, God, heal them, if they need deliverance, deliver, and God, if they need the baptism of the Holy Ghost, fill them, but oh God, move by your presence, and oh God, shake us like he did the valley of dry bones in the day of Ezekiel, that God, we walk out of here with life and not death, we walk out of here with a brand new vision on life, amen, with a brand new outlook, God. So God, right now, I commit this into your hands to do as you see fit, and everybody said, amen.
Notice what he said, I want you to prophesy to the wind, come on, prophesy son of man, and say to the wind, thus saith the Lord God, now listen, come from the four winds, come from the north, come from the south, east, and the west, amen, because you got to understand, amen, if you go back to the Book of Genesis and the very first chapter. Now the Bible said when the Lord looked out, it was void and there was nothing, come on, h, but the spirit of the Lord breathed, come on, amen, come on, upon that, come on, and the Bible said creation began as God spoke it. I know it’s not written that way, I’m paraphrasing, putting in Arkansas language, hing, you missouri folk can understand that, amen, but understand tonight, amen, that when he said I want you, they are, they are together, amen, they shook themselves a little bit, I’ve clothed them, in other words, I’ve given them power, I’ve give them authority, come on, say, amen, amen, I’ve strengthened them, I’ve refreshed them, and I’ve renewed them, but somehow there’s no life in them, come on, have you ever had in a Holy Ghost Field Service and everybody’s being blessed but you, come on, have you been there, amen?
This is kind of where these was, it was representing the Church of today, amen, God can move, God can bless, Holy Ghost can work up and down every aisle, down every, every pew, every seat, come on, and we, we set like dummies on a log, come on, like we don’t feel anything going on, come on, somebody, amen, but just a little bit of shund, come on, and we shake a little bit, we tremble a little bit, that was good, man, I felt God, did you really, amen, or was it your feelings, was it your emotions.
Now come on, say, amen, just hang with me, amen, we can’t live on emotion because emotion will lead you the wrong direction, motion will fool you, amen, you can feel emotion but when God gets a hold of you, when the shakana glory of God rains down on you and the ruach, the wind of God, the breath of God blows in you, it’ll change you, you’ll walk out with your head held high, you’ll have a bounce in your step, you’ll have a fight in your spirit, amen, that you can take on hell, see, listen to me.
Hell may try to steal my kids but you wait just a minute, I feel the wind of God blowing, I feel it begin to tremble, I feel it begin to shake me, I feel it to begin to restore me and I got news for the devil, I’m getting up out of this valley, I’m going to rise up on my feet, I’m going to stand up.
Sometimes, but let me tell you something, when you’ve been through what I’ve been through and you’ve felt what I’ve felt, you can’t help but rejoice. You can’t help but lift your voice. You can’t help but praise Him because He’s been too good to me. Oh, He’s been too kind. He’s been too faithful. And even when I didn’t deserve it, He still loved me. He still lifted me up. He still carried me through.
Oh, hallelujah! I wish somebody understood what I’m feeling right now. I wish somebody caught a glimpse of the fire burning in my soul. But even if you don’t, I’m gonna keep on rejoicing. I’m gonna keep on praising. I’m gonna keep on lifting His name high because He is worthy! He is worthy of all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise!
So tonight, as we stand in this place, as we gather in His presence, let’s not hold back. Let’s not restrain our worship. Let’s not stifle the joy that’s bubbling up within us. Let’s give Him everything we’ve got, every ounce of praise, every tear of gratitude, every shout of victory! For He is our God, our Savior, our Redeemer, and He deserves nothing less than our all.
Hallelujah! Glory to God in the highest! Amen and amen!
House today, devil, it’s not my kid today, devil, it’s not my grandkid today, devil. It’s not my health today, devil. You ain’t got any business here because I’ve just felt the wind of God, and when the wind of God blows through, if you’ll catch it, you’ll go out of here a different individual. And watch, you came in; it’ll change you. It’ll change the way you look. It’ll change the way you act. It’ll change the way you talk. It’ll change the way you worship because your worship is intended only for Him and Him alone. Well, somebody say amen!
Hallelujah! We’re made up of flesh and bone. Come on, it’s just the way God made us. Amen. It allows my skeletal supports my the weight of my body. Come on, amen. I have bones. Come on, we are structured just like God made us to be. Amen, our joints and our tissues connect, our muscles connect, amen, so that we’re able.
If you take a baby, I got two great grands right now. Amen. One of them’s learning to sit and hold his head up. He’s not big enough so long yet. The other one’s almost 10 months old, and she’s already pulling up trying to walk. But when they were born, they were helpless. Come on, say amen! I said they were helpless, but amen, they depended on Mama, they depended on Daddy, amen, to give them what they needed.
When I got saved at the age of 12, Brother Mike, I was helpless spiritually speaking. I did not know how to pray, I did not know how to worship, I did not know anything about church. But I knew something on the inside of me that night had changed me. Amen, come on, I was different than I’d ever been. I didn’t realize just about 6 weeks later I was going to lose my daddy and be left with a mother that was disabled and a 5-year-old niece to have to help raise. I didn’t know that. But the fact of the matter is, amen, on that night, on the 5th day of February 1961, He shook my bell. He rung my bell. Come on, amen, I felt the shock, glory.
I knelt at an altar and wept my way through because I didn’t know the words to say. But when I came up, I saw things different. Amen, everything looked different. I had such a love for God, amen, that I was so hungry, amen, I couldn’t get enough of Him. I couldn’t get enough of the Word. I didn’t have any way to church, so guess what I did? I went outside my farmhouse in the field where we were living at, at 12 years old. I’d get down somewhere beside the fence or somewhere, and I’d talk to God. If it was cold, I went to the chicken house. Oh yeah, and He’ll know. He’ll meet you in the chicken house. He’ll meet you wherever you’re at. And I said, “God, I need You. I desire You. I need You to teach me. I need You to train me.”
I want you to understand when the Ruach and the Breath of God blew into this individual, I came alive. Amen, I said I came alive. Amen. 6 weeks later, I helped my dying daddy in my arms and watched him breathe his last breath as he went out into eternity. But you know what? It made me. It made me call on God that much more. I didn’t get bitter. No, sir. I wanted Him that much more. Come on, church. It’s time for us to focus on what God wants us to have and stop letting the devil steal away from you the authority God’s given you.
It’s His word. Come on, it’s His word. Hallelujah. I said it’s His word. The Bible tells us in the book of Isaiah, chapter 61, and verse 10, “I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, and my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garment of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.” He said, “I want you to know I’m going to rejoice. Come on, you may not rejoice like I do, and you may not praise like I do, amen, but listen to me. I want you to understand this one thing.”
Isaiah said, “I’m going to greatly rejoice. I’m not going to just halfway raise my hand. Amen. Come on, if you can’t get them up no further than that, come to the altar, and let’s pray that you can get them up like this. Amen.” So Isaiah said, “I’m going to greatly. I’m going to extend my arms toward the heavenlies. I’m going to give Him honor. I’m going to give Him praise. I’m going to shout with a voice of triumph. And He is my Lord. He is my God. He is my Redeemer. He is my salvation.” He said, “I greatly rejoice because He is my God that has clothed me with salvation and with a garment of righteousness.” Y’all ain’t as excited as I am, but my exciter gets overexcited.

He is my salvation.’ He said, ‘I greatly rejoice because He is my God that has clothed me with salvation and with a garment of righteousness.’
Y’all ain’t as excited as I am, but my exciter gets overexcited sometimes. Amen. And the longer I serve Him, the more excited I get. Come on, somebody, as I recognize, come on, we’re almost there. He clothed me with that robe of righteousness. He has chosen me. Look at your neighbor and say, ‘He chose me.’ And ain’t a thing you can do about it. Come on. He chose me. You may not like it, but He did it anyhow. All y’all say amen. Hallelujah. Ain’t that wonderful? Ain’t nobody, come on, that can’t nobody do you like Jesus can.
And they can’t anybody, amen. I don’t care who they are, amen, what their prestige in life may be, how rich they may be, whatever title, not even the president can take your name out of the Lamb’s Book of Life. Why? Because He chose me, and I chose Him.
Accept said his choice, Jeremiah said in 32 and 27, “Behold,” he said, “I am the Lord, the God of All Flesh. Is there anything too hard for me? No, no, no, come on. Whenever we begin to realize that the God that we serve, come on, folks, if He can look out and see nothing and make what you see today, don’t tell me, come on, that He can’t do it. I know there’s a world out there that’s telling you that He’s not real, amen, that you can do whatever you want to. But I want to express to you tonight, we don’t hear a lot about hell, but hell is real.
There is a real hell. It’s not a four-letter byword, come on, it is a real place. I know it’s not preached on much anymore ’cause it’s too sensitive. Our ears are too sensitive for that. But I got news for you, amen, if we don’t make heaven, there’s only one other place, and that’s called hell, come on, where the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched. I know that the church world of today tells you you can do whatever you want to, just love Jesus, amen, just believe in God. The Bible said, amen, that Lucifer, the devil, Satan believed in God, but he trembled, amen. Don’t get quiet on me now. I’ll come down your row, amen. Understand, man, you can’t do what you want to do. You’ve got to do what thus saith the word of the Living God. It’s not in your dress, come on, no, no, no, amen, it’s in who you are, it’s in the makeup of your spirit, man.
If He made you and allowed the Spirit of God to come in you, you’re going to love the unlovable, you’re going to reach out to that one nobody else wants to reach out to, you’re going to be faithful to God, faithful to the call of God, faithful to the place of duty. Come on, church, preach with me, I said, ‘My God, we don’t hear it no more, we don’t want to live it anymore, glory, amen.’ Is there anything too hard for me?
No, no, no, no, no, nothing, amen, hallelujah. If He can reach down, come on, brother, into your inner being, come on now, into where your heart is and speak the word, see, it’s the word that heals, it’s got nothing to do with the laying on of hands, I hate to bust your bubble, it has to do with the word. Oh, but Sister Ly, the Bible says that, you know, if there be any sick among you, I know what the Bible says, amen, you can lay hands on them, but it ain’t got nothing to do with your laying on of hands. Oh, stay with me, don’t you shut me down now, I’ll just come down where you’re at, okay, amen? It hasn’t got anything to do if you’re laying on it.
My hand has no power, my hand has no authority, amen, the only way my hand will have any power or authority is if the Holy Ghost, come on, if the presence of God took that hand and put the power and authority in it, come on, say amen. But my hand, my hand on you is not going to help you a bit, might smear a little oil on your head, come on, yeah, amen, and that, but the word is what heals, come on, the word is what delivers, come on, mama can’t do it, daddy can’t do it, the preacher can’t do it, the pastor can’t do it, amen, nobody can do it, but the word can do it, ’cause the word is powerful than any two-edged sword, come on, amen, come on, yes, it is, dividing even to the sunder of the m, of the, come on, y’all say amen.
Y’all know what I’m talking about, amen, but you can be 9,000 miles away, if there is such a place to be that far away, and there probably is, amen, but God can quicken you, come on, and you begin to make intercession by the word of the Living God, amen, and direct it to where God’s telling you to direct it, and it will do the work, amen, and when you get back to where you belong, amen, you’ll hear the news of what has happened. Come on, folks, I’ve lived too long for you to tell me it ain’t real, I know better. I was in Israel just about in 2018, 17 somewhere along in there, I was in Israel, and I was going through, you know, we was doing, taking the little trip on our little journey there, and my niece was with me.
And all of a sudden, I got real quiet. I get quiet when.
The Lord begins to work with me and begins to talk to me, and all of a sudden, I realize there’s trouble back home. I’m across the water, I’m 20, 30-some hours, 25 some hours like that away. I can’t fly back, I don’t have the wings, amen, but the Lord quickened me that something was wrong. So, I said I got to the motel that night, and Diane said to me, she said, “What’s wrong? You’ve gotten awfully quiet.”
I said, “Because there’s something wrong at home. The Lord’s done told me that there’s something wrong. I’ve been making intercession. Amen, I might have been walking, but I was talking to God while I was walking, amen.” And Sister Rita, amen, when I got in that motel that night, it was the motel, the only motel we stayed, Brother Mike, at all that gave us one free call international, and could call home. It was late here, amen, but I went ahead and I finally got through. So, my husband, I said, “Well, is everything, how’s everything going?” I didn’t ask for details or nothing. He said, “Oh, everything’s fine.”
I’m across the water, so they don’t want me to know, come on now, stay with me, amen, so they wouldn’t tell me, amen. So, I said, at that time, my oldest daughter was going through some stuff, and she was at my house. And so, I said, “Is she in bed yet?” He said, “I don’t know.” I said, “Is she asleep yet?” He said, “I don’t know.” I said, “Go get her.” He took her the phone. But the moment I heard her voice, I knew what was going on. She never told me one word, she never told me anything that was happening. But in my spirit, I knew. And so, I began to make intercession and pray until I got peace.
And once I got peace, I knew everything was going to be all right. I didn’t find out till after I got home, Brother Mike, what it was, amen. And I said, “When did it happen?” And she told me the very day. And when did you get deliverance? She told me the very time. And I’m telling you now, amen, the word of God will warn you, direct you, come on, church, amen, it’s the word. If you can be sensitive to the ear of God and hear the voice, come on, of what He’s saying to you, hell can’t overcome you, come on, church. I’m here to tell you, He said, “Prophesy.” If there’s ever a time that you need to get the word in you, it is this day and hour we are living in. Hell don’t care what your name is, he don’t care what your title is, he don’t care if you’re prophet, apostle, a pastor, amen, evangelist, or a teacher. He does not care or a pastor.
It’s not none of his business what your title is, amen. He just wants to bring you down, amen. But I just come to tell you tonight, I feel the wind of God in this house. I feel the wind of God that is blowing. I feel the breeze. It is softly beginning to leave the Master’s lips, amen, to blow upon His people and say, “I’ve come to give you life. I’ve seen your struggle. I know what you’re walking through. I know the heartache. I know the sorrow. I know the sickness. I know the pain. But if you’ll just turn your ear toward Me and hear what I have to say, for thus saith the Lord, ‘Thou art healed, and thou art whole,’ come on, church, hear me tonight. I hear the Lord speaking tonight and say, ‘You’re delivered.
You don’t have to be in that condition, H. You don’t have to be confused. You don’t have to have a mindset, amen, of confusion, of not knowing what to do, where to go, how to cut…’ The God that I serve has a power to set you free from all that, amen. But notice, He said there was a noise. I get scared in quiet churches, come on. I’m not against them. I just get uncomfortable in them ’cause I’m loud. He was in a Baptist church one time. We went to hear the Martins sing, amen, that’s back in the day. My girls were all home, and Mama let’s go hear the Martins. We were down to the Baptist church. I said, “Okay, let’s go.”
Went down on a Sunday afternoon, okay? And you, I had one of those, y’all remember those movie cameras that were about yay big up on my shoulder? And it was Joshua, and I was filing the Martins for my girls to have that little cassette tape, you know? I’m standing over against the wall, leaning up that big old thing on my shoulder, and my girls just probably thinking, “Oh God, our Mama.” But what really bothered them was this, I got to feeling it. Yeah, I got the feeling it, whether it was emotion or I don’t know, but I got the feeling, whatever it was, okay?
And I’m in a Baptist church, and I’m filming. I only got one hand, I can do anything with. Okay, I’m trying to be quiet ’cause it’ll pick me up, you know, so I’m filming. I’m trying to be real quiet, but I’m standing here, and all of a sudden, it hit me, and I throw my hand up and, well, praise God, amen!
They said, “Mom, do you know what you’re doing?” I said, “What?” They said, “Mama, we’re in a Baptist Church.” I said, “So? I felt God come on. He really come through for one time, I know he did. Come on, come on, amen.” But anyway, so he said there was a noise. I’m in the middle of this bunch of dry, very dry, dead bones, and the Lord says, “Prophesy. Have you seen how they’ve been looking at me lately, God? You’ve seen that over there on the right, that on the left, you, what about that right back there? God, you’ve seen how they’re really eyeballing me. They don’t think I’ve lost my mind just ’cause I’m here in the middle of the bones, and I got skin. Come on, I’ve got everything they don’t have.
That’ll preach. Y’all write it down. You can preach that next week. Okay, I’ve got everything they don’t have, and they think I’ve lost my mind.” And all of a sudden, he began to let loose, “You bunch of dead, dry bones, you need to be clothed. Hear the word of the Lord!” And all of a sudden, I don’t know what happened, but the Bible said there was a noise. Yes, clickity, clack, clacky, click. Them old bones went to trembling and shaking. That kneebone said, “Where’s Malick?” Come on, they went to come together where they were supposed to be. Amen. Come on, folks, that’s what the word… Let me read it to you so y’all know I’m telling you the truth, amen. The Bible said bone came to bone, right? Amen, come on. I’m going to go back and I’m going to read it just so y’all know that I’m not telling you something that’s not true, okay?
So I prophesied as I was commanded. Verse seven, “And as I prophesied, there was a noise.” Boy, it’s awful quiet in here. And behold, a shaking. It wasn’t just a noise. There was a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. Come on now, yes, glory, come on now. They didn’t get mixed up, not knowing where they’re supposed to go. Come on, come on, come on now, Holy Ghost, you’re going to get me in trouble and I’ll be tarred and feathered. Come on, you understand that every bone got to its own place. Come on, that’s what the Bible says. And behold, lo and behold, the senu and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. Glory, they had come together, bone to bone.
Come on, it’s what those… That’s what the word says. There was a noise and a shaking. I mean, they got to rattling, rocking, and rolling. I don’t know, can you imagine? It was a valley full of bones, and when those bones got to moving into the word of the Lord, there was, come on, there was some rattling going on. Come on, they didn’t have no skin or senu. That’s just bones, come on, that’s what the word says.
Come on, amen. And so the Bible said, amen, and then the senu and the flesh came upon them, and it covered them, but there was no breath in them. Come on, they got together, that’s clothed with strength and power, but they yet sat down with no breath. You know what breath gives you?
Life. And without breath, you have no willpower. Come on, have you ever been so sick that you didn’t really care if you lived or died? Come on, this is kind of the picture I see, Sister Betty, of this valley of bones. They had come together, and they were clothed, they were covered with strength and power, but they just didn’t really care. They had been without it so long that they did not recognize what they had.
So they still just sat there. Don’t make me preach it. You can either read between the lines or I’m going to have to preach it. I see, now I’m going to have to preach it. Okay, you just come out of a shouting revival, Holy Ghost moved, he saved, he healed, he delivered, and he set free, and you come back the next service and prop yourself down on the pew. Come on, yeah.
Glory, ’cause you just don’t have the willpower to fight the fight. So he said, they ain’t got no breath, they’ve got no willpower, they’ve got no fight in them. They’ve just been without me so long, they’ve went through the emotions and call themselves Christians for so long they believe their own lie ’cause they don’t have enough strength and enough power to get up and get what they need.
So he said, “I’ll tell you what I want you to do, prophesy to the wind. I gotta do something different. Come on, I want you to not just prophesy to one, but you prophesy to all of them from all corners. ‘Cause when I come in, I’m coming in with a whirlwind. Oh, y’all say amen. I’m coming in. When I breathe my breath, they’re gonna know they’ve been touched.
They’re gonna know they’ve been filled. They’re either gonna live or die when I blow my breath through them. Come on, say amen. See, the Breath of God will bring life. Come on, yeah, it will. It’ll bring life if you want to live. Yeah. Oh, y’all say amen. But if you don’t want to live, honey, you can sit there and the Breath of God can breathe on you. Somebody said, ‘Well, if you get close enough to God, you’ll change.’ Not unless you want to be changed ’cause he’s not an intruder. He does not. Somebody said, ‘Well, if God just wants to talk to me, he’ll come to where I’m at.’ No, no, no. I beg to differ with you. He might do it one time.
Next time, it’s your trip. Come on, he paid for the first airfare, but he ain’t paying for the second airfare. You’re gonna have to get up on your own. I told a real good friend of mine that one time. She traveled with me and when my earlier days of preaching, and she backslid, got away from God. I went to her house. The Lord said, ‘Go to where she’s at and just tell her that I love her.’ And I went to her house.
I said, ‘I want you to know I’m here for one purpose and one purpose only.’ I said, ‘She opened the door. I said, ‘Jesus loves you, and I do too.’ Amen. And she said, ‘But I don’t understand.’ I said, ‘Well, I just came to tell you that’s all.’ He told me to tell you. I’m gonna tell you this, Jesus loves you and I do too. I went back to the house. I was going to preach somewhere. She called me up and she said, ‘Can I go with you?’
And I said, ‘Sure.’ Picked her up, took her with me to go preach. On the way back, she got to talking and she said, ‘You know, I want to get back with God, but I can’t.’ Seemed like there’s chains around me. I can’t break the chains. I can’t. I just can’t do it. I don’t feel God anymore. I don’t. I just can’t feel him. I sit in the services and I said, ‘You know what? You’re like the prodigal son, honey. He were in Daddy’s house.
You had everything that belonged to you, but you decided to go back to the ranch, the sin-sick things of the world. So the second time, you’re gonna get up and come to him. Amen. He’s standing right where you left him. He’s looking for you. He’s waiting on you. But I said, ‘You’re gonna have to get up and go do it on your own self this time.’ She came to church just a few weeks later. Sat in the auditorium kind of at the back. We’re having church. It was better than a doornail. Come on, yeah. It was. Amen.
There was no move of God, no presence of God. Didn’t feel it myself anyway. But maybe I was a dead one. But nevertheless, the next thing I knew, I saw her walking down the side of the building, knelt down at an altar. I got up, went up there where she’s at. Sister Rita, I knelt down. And she tried to pray. Couldn’t pray. Tried to cry. Couldn’t cry. She was so bound. She started to get up. I said, ‘No, you ain’t.
I said, ‘You ain’t leaving this house till you’re broke through and the chains are broken off of you.’ Hauled her down to the altar, got me a couple more prayer warriors, and we prayed her through. And she lived to the day she went home to be with the Lord. Come on. Hey, when the ruach of God blows in you, you’ll change. You won’t be the same individual you were when you walked in. You’ll walk out loving the very unlovable that don’t even love you. Amen. Yes, because the word, he is the living spoken word of God.
And I have learned that if you can pray his word, come on, amen. The last time I was here, I was still having trouble with my knees, right leg. I could barely go. Amen. I had a spell. I went and preached a revival. Came home, and for probably two weeks, three weeks, going on four, I got to where I couldn’t even hardly walk. I had to hobble to walk. And I said, ‘You dirty devil, you need to go to the doctor. You need to go get steroid shots in that knee.’ I said, ‘Ain’t going nowhere.
Got news for you, they ain’t shooting me. Needles are not my friend. Glory, glory, glory, glory. Amen. But they’ll make you feel better. I said, ‘I’ll be all right. The Lord’s gonna take care of it.’ Hey, you know, come on. So I talked to God. He, you know, I guess he was listening. He wasn’t answering, but he was listening, I’m sure. Amen. I prayed for, had people praying for me, but I wouldn’t get no better. I couldn’t sleep at night ’cause I hurt so bad. Amen. So one day, I was sitting there.
I said, ‘You know what? I’m gonna find out what the problem is.’ And so I said, ‘I know, Lord, you’re talking to me about something, but I can’t get nothing from you. So I guess you want me to go to the doctor.’ So I went to the doctor. He said, ‘What’s the problem?’ I said, ‘My knee hurts.’ So he looked at my knee, poked and prodded it, took x-rays and everything else. He said, ‘I don’t see a thing wrong with your knee. Not a thing.’ He said, ‘It’s just a little inflamed.’ I said, ‘Well, can you give me something for the inflammation?’ He said, ‘Sure, I can do that.’ So he gave me a shot of cortisone.
Sent me on my way. By the time I got home, my knee was already feeling better. By the time I went to bed that night, I didn’t hurt at all. Amen. But you know what? I knew God had taken care of it. I knew that he had taken care of it. And so the next day I was at home, I said, ‘Lord, you need to talk to me.’ So he said, ‘I want you to get your Bible and I want you to look up those scriptures that I give you concerning healing.’ So I said, ‘Okay.’ So I went and got my Bible. I looked up the scriptures. I read them out loud. And then I got to Psalms 107 and I read where he sent his word and healed them.
And then I read over in Matthew and I read that he healed all manner of sickness and all manner of diseases. And then I read where he told me by his stripes I was healed. And I read where the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword. And then I said, ‘Lord, what is it you’re trying to tell me?’ He said, ‘You remember when you was at your sister-in-law’s house?’ I said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘She’s the one that told you about that skin problem that she had.’ I said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘Well, you didn’t ask her how she got rid of it.’ I said, ‘No, I didn’t.’ He said, ‘You need to call her and ask her how she got rid of it.’ So I said, ‘Okay.’ So I called her up on the phone. I said, ‘What did you do about that skin problem you had?’ She said, ‘Oh, I went to the health food store and I got me some aloe vera juice and I drank it.’
I said, ‘Well, how much did you drink?’ She said, ‘I drank a half a cup every day for about a week and it went away.’ I said, ‘Well, okay.’ So I went to the health food store. I got me some aloe vera juice. I drank a half a cup every day for about a week. Amen. I’ve been feeling good ever since. Glory, glory, glory, glory. Hallelujah. So I said, ‘Well, Lord, I thank you for healing me.’ So I’m here tonight to tell you that God is still in the healing business. He’s still in the delivering business. He’s still in the saving business.
He’s still in the setting free business. Amen. He said in his word, ‘He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.’ So if he did it back then, he can do it now. Amen. Glory, glory, glory, glory. Hallelujah. Amen. If you’re sick in your body tonight, just come on up here and let us pray for you. We’ll anoint you with oil and we’ll pray the prayer of faith. We’ll lay hands on you and we’ll believe God with you. If you need deliverance, if you need to be set free from something, come on up here. We’ll pray for you. Amen.
Hallelujah. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Amen. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Glory, glory, glory,
It’d wake me up with some of the sharpest pains. It absolutely would nearly knock me out, and I thought, “That ain’t normal. Come on, it just ain’t normal. It’s not in my joints, it wasn’t in my knees. It was in the leg, in the side of my legs, in my…around inside of my legs.” So it went to getting in the other leg, and I said, “Well, you dirty devil, think you’re gonna get me? I got news for you. H, I ain’t done yet. Come on.” So you start praying the word, ’cause the Bible says, “By his stripes, you are healed.” That’s what it says.
And you remind him. The Lord says, “Remind me.” Is that what he says? And if you start praying the word and you begin to plead, come on, you prophesy to your own self, it’ll work. I promise you, it’ll work. Come on, it works every time. Now you got to be persistent in it. You can’t just say, “Well, it’s kind of like a man used to in our church,” and Sister Megan’s coming to help me get out of this mess that I’ve got myself in. But nevertheless, he told…he said, “I told my wife when I married her I loved her, and I told her if I fell out of love, I’d tell her ’cause she don’t need to know it no more.”
I said, “Oh, okay.” Well, God ain’t like that. He says, “Remind me.” Hallelujah, come on. It’s by his stripes. He was wounded for my transgression. He was bruised for my iniquities, and it’s by his stripes that I am healed. Jeremiah says, “Come on, what did Jeremiah say? Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved.” That’s what Jay said in the word. That’s the word.
Yes, well, Jeremiah said it, but that’s what God told him. Oh, y’all say amen. Glory, come on. So if I’ve got the faith of a grain of mustard seed and I can believe, all I got to do is stand firm on his word and watch him do it. Glory, ’cause when I remind him, it’s no longer me, but he… Glory, when I can release my faith to believe, come on, glory. Now, my oldest daughter just went through cancer, breast.
1% Some of y’all know it, some of you don’t, but less than 1% of that tumor is ever cancerous. But she happened to fall into that category of less than 1% of it being cancer.
We didn’t dream it was cancer, didn’t even really expect it to be cancer. Even the doctor didn’t believe it was cancer. He goes in and takes it out, he says, “I don’t think you got a thing in the world to worry about. I’ve seen many of these, nothing to it. Going to send it off to make sure.” It came back malignant, so he liked two places, getting enough tissue so we had to go back and do another surgery to take the rest. And she’s gone through 33 treatments of radiation. Amen.
Now, I tell you that to tell you this: why did she go through that? I have no earthly idea. Heaven will reveal it. But something will be birthed out of it because the word over her, even the night that y’all were there, I do believe, was this: “I don’t know what you’re going to die from, but it won’t be this, ’cause you are healed and you are whole.” And she already knew that, but she went through the process. Sometimes we go through the process. Come on, nothing wrong with going through the process.
It’s like a brother back here. He said he told the doctor, “I’m healed.” And they said, “Well, we’ll just go see.” So they ran the test and said, “You are healed. There’s no need to do open heart surgery on you.” So sometimes you go through the process because in the process, you get a testimony.
And through the testimony, there will become a ministry out of it. And once God’s healed you of something, you have dominion over it. Amen. Glory. So if you’ve been healed of it, you have dominion and power to lay hands on others and watch God heal them. Speak the word over them.
