Anointings & Activations
1 Kings 19:15-21 (New English Translation)
15 The Lord said to him, “Go back the way you came and then head for the wilderness of Damascus. Go and anoint Hazael king over Syria. 16 You must anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to take your place as prophet. 17 Jehu will kill anyone who escapes Hazael’s sword, and Elisha will kill anyone who escapes Jehu’s sword. 18 I still have left in Israel 7,000 followers who have not bowed their knees to Baal or kissed the images of him.”[w]
19 Elijah went from there and found Elisha son of Shaphat. He was plowing with twelve pairs of oxen; he was near the twelfth pair. Elijah passed by him and threw his robe over him. 20 He left the oxen, ran after Elijah, and said, “Please let me kiss my father and mother goodbye, then I will follow you.” Elijah[x] said to him, “Go back! Indeed, what have I done to you?” 21 Elisha[y] went back and took his pair of oxen and slaughtered them. He cooked the meat over a fire that he made by burning the harness and yoke.[z] He gave the people meat and they ate. Then he got up and followed Elijah and became his assistant.
Elijah had just come through one of the hardest assignments he had ever had when he confronted the prophets of baal, this was warfare, spiritual warfare. And the devil didn’t like it, when you use up the anointing you must fill the horn again, you don’t go to battle without weapons, you don’t go without gun powder. Get the bullets. Count on it, your enemy is coming against you with all he has, Brothers and Sisters we can’t do this without the anointing. I feel the Lord saying it’s time for an Activation.
Elijah activated demons when he overthrew Jezebel, but it also released an anointing like he had never experienced before.
The Lord has given me this scripture to Activate
James 4:8
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and make your hearts pure, you double-minded. 9 Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter into mourning and your joy into despair. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will exalt you.
We had better heed the word of God, the next fight is in front of us, the next battle is just over this hill, and I will need you to stand.
Our words activate demons, our steps activate demons. If you never go you will not cause hell any trouble. It’s when you begin to speak the words of God that things begin to happen.
Activation happens when you begin not just to hear the word of God but when you also become a doer of God’s word.
Activation is the start, it’s the beginning, it’s the initiation, sometimes it seems like hell has no restraint. Give hell an introduction to the anointing.
Uncontested grounds. The devil is counting on you not fighting, he plans to kill your family.

John 8:44
You people are from your father the devil, and you want to do what your father desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.
People are dying, demons are running free, with no restraints. satan is a killer, murdering our children, his drug demons looking for a host. Demons are spirits, they can’t do anything without a host.
After finding a host, the suicide demon will hunt its victim. And once he finds them, he begins to whittle away at their life, separating them from their family, making them feel worthless. Other demons will be brought, demons of depression and demons of drugs. He will not stop until his victim is dead.
Church, it’s time for activation, it’s time you joined the fight! There will be many anointings and God will activate you, for each battle.
