1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
Jesus is the source of which all life stems from. When you are born again you become Spirit-filled; the Spirit of God enters your body.
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 “For you were bought at a price”; “therefore glorify God in your body [g]and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
Before Christ, I served myself, I lived for me. I lived to satisfy myself and the desires of the flesh. I was alive but I had no heartbeat of the Spirit.
When I was created in my mother’s womb, it was a work of the Holy Spirit. Life came into me, my momma didn’t give me life, Jesus did that. My mother carried life but had no power to create life. When I was born, I was Alive, life had come into me just like it came into you. You are Alive and you are God’s creation.
Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
This Book, I believe is the book in which all flesh which lived was written in, those who were given life.
In Daniel 7:10 and Daniel 12:1, Daniel speaks of the Book of Life.
Moses spoke of this Book in Exodus 32:30-32. Moses is interceding after he had come down from the mountain, Israel had created a Golden Calf to worship:
30 Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses said to the people, “You have committed a great sin. So now I will go up to the Lord; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin.” 31 Then Moses returned to the Lord and said, “Oh, these people have committed a great sin, and have made for themselves a god of gold! 32 Yet now, if You will forgive their sin—but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written.”
Revelation 21:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything [q]that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Could it be that your name will vanish from the Book of Life to reappear in the Lamb’s Book of Life? Your second birth which makes you Alive unto the Lord, the Lamb’s Book of Life is the book that speaks of eternal security. Nothing shall pluck you from the Hands of Jesus.
I believe the babies that were given life but never life beyond the womb, that their names appear in the Book of Life to then disappear and reappear in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Not one soul has Jesus ever lost.
I see names in the Book of Life that’s never called upon Jesus disappearing and reappearing in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Romans 10:13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
God’s Grace and Mercy cost so much. What did it cost? It cost God the life of his Son. Why is this so important? Because Jesus is the source of all life, without Jesus, we all would die and go to a hell created for the devil.
Hell was never created for you or me, but rather for the devil and the demonic following he orchestrated.
It’s so good to be Alive, I’m asking you, are you Alive? I know your breathing but are you spiritually Alive?
The Holy Spirit becomes your life force when you are born again.
1 Corinthians 6:20 “For you were bought at a price”; “therefore glorify God in your body [g]and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
Coming of the Holy Spirit
1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all [a]with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them [b]divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. “4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit” and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
If you are saved or born again the Spirit lives in you. Why should he live in you? He’s transforming your life. There is a new life source; out of your bellies shall flow a current you didn’t have until you were born again.
Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
The Holy Spirit in you is for daily living (refer Acts 2:4)
The Holy Spirit on you is for service (refer Acts 1:8)
The Holy Spirit is voice activated. When you were born again, He’s in you and can be activated by your voice.
Acts 1:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and “began to speak” with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
What did they speak? They spoke Life!
The Hebrew word “Ruach” – this word refers to God as a breath, a wind, or a life force that sustains all living things, human beings included.
In Proverbs 18:21 we read, “Death and Life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” This proverb underscores the critical role our speech plays.
In Genesis 1:3, God Himself creates by speaking–“And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” His divine speech brought forth life, setting a precedent for us to understand that words have tremendous creative and influential power.
